At Simoranci, we bake to make your birthday cake an emotional and
enjoyable moment of your celebrations. As our cakes are freshly prepared
and perishable, we have a very clear refund policy so that we may be
upfront with our customers about what to expect in the unlikely event
that things get wrong. Please read this policy cautiously to understand
the guidelines that apply to all orders placed with us.
1. Conditions for Refund
Considering the nature of our products, we rarely issue refunds. Once
baked and prepared, cakes cannot be returned, nor sold. However, we do
appreciate that sometimes, things may not turn out exactly as planned.
If you aren't satisfied with your order, such as having incorrect
flavor, inconsistency in design, or damages along the way when
delivered, please contact us at [email protected], provided within 24
hours of when your order was received. We will determine whether to act
or not.
2. Returning the Amount:
Refunds would be issued only upon the fulfillment of the following
conditions: it was our mistake in processing your order or your cake has
been significantly compromised. In order for us to process your claim,
please describe, in writing along with pictures, the problem
encountered. Once we receive and process your claim, we will notify you
of the next step toward claims processing.
Minor variations in appearance, color, or decoration are part of the
craft of making and do not justify a remade unit.
3. Options for Solution
We believe that you may claim compensation for your cake, so we offer you
the option of one of the following:
A discount on future purchases, or
Substitute cake is allowed depending on the nature of the problem
and our production schedule.
A cash refund cannot be availed since payments are made in cash whenever
deliveries are made. Refunds, whenever they can be allowed, will be
allowed either in credit or in terms of a discount on your next order.
4. Exchange, Delivery, Pick-up perspectives:
Simoranci prepares and delivers your cake with extreme attention. Upon
delivery or pickup, we will not be responsible for any damage that might
happen afterward. Our customers are responsible to handle and store
their cake for keeping freshness and beauty.
