For every birthday at Simoranci, we make sure that a memorable cake is met according to your expectations. In a few cases, you may find that the delivered cake doesn't match your expectations for what was discussed. This is the policy on the conditions for replacement.
A replacement will be issued if there is an obvious inconsistency between what you ordered and the cake received. Examples include:
You have received the wrong design or flavor cake.
The cake was damaged during shipping.
Let us know within 24 hours if any of the above occurs. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the cake so we can evaluate and assist you further.
All orders for replacement should be placed within the first 24 hours. Orders submitted after this time frame will be ignored.
Color or décor deviation falls under the characteristics of handcrafted desserts, and can't be considered a valid claim for replacement. All our desserts are unique and, by necessity, carry with them minimal differences.
As soon as we confirm that your claim is valid, we arrange the shipment of a replacement cake on the earliest available date. Replacements are for the same cake ordered and can't be exchanged for a different one.
